Position Summary:

• 1st Shift Position, Monday – Friday; Full Time
• Insurance Benefits Available
• Salary based on qualifications
• Must have 5 years minimum experience as a CNC machinist or 2 Year Degree in machine tool program
• Must be proficient in use of Mastercam programming software (X6)
• Experience with CNC Turning Centers would be plus
• Must be self-motivated and possess a high attention to detail. Must be a dependable employee with a good attitude and solid work history.

Position Summary:

• 3+ years minimum of recent programming & cnc operating experience.
• 2D and 3D solids and surface part models as well as thermo-form mold work
• Set-up and operation of Haas Machining Center
• Must be proficient in programming and machining complex parts with close tolerances.

• Program machining operations, and as required by workload, set up CNC Lathes for manufacturing of High Precision
  components for Aerospace applications. Interpret blueprints and solid models and electronic files to safely machine high-
  quality special small quantity orders of close-tolerance components.
• 2-5 years’ CNC Lathe programming experience (Mastercam)
• 3-10 years CNC Lathe machining experience

Experienced, quick thinking machinist to run a 3-axis CNC Mill with Mastercam X5 in a job shop atmosphere Must have 3D capabilities. Fixturing a must. Will require overtime when needed.
