Have a file that is too big to email and need help?
Step 1:
To login please open a windows explorer page. (For example click on My Computer) and it will open a window as pictured below. DO NOT ACCESS VIA A WEB BROWSER. It will not work.

Step 2:
Once that window is open, copy and paste the correct link for your operating system as noted above into the address bar and hit the Enter key. It will then prompt you for your username and password. After access is granted, simply drag and drop files into the window to upload. Once the status window completes, your files have been uploaded and a support representative will be in contact with you.
