Your ShopWare Applications Engineer will provide you with the username and password to login and upload your file(s).
To login please open a windows explorer page. (For example click on My Computer) and it will open a window as pictured below. DO NOT ACCESS VIA A WEB BROWSER. It will not work.

- FTP Upload
Once that window is open, copy and paste this link: ftp://shopwareinc.com into the highlighted area and hit the Enter key. It will then prompt you for your username and password. After access is granted, simply drag and drop files into the window to upload. Once the status window completes, your files have been uploaded.
